   Pilates is very easy exercise. Pilates were developed for rehabilitation of soldier in World War Ⅰ. I recommend people who is nervousness and stiff neck and backache,and lose weight. The way of Pilates is very easy and we can play pilates in our home and buy book about Pilates everywhere.

2.having concentration
3.becoming good stiff neck and backache
4.suqeezing muscle
